Chef Luke has earned degrees in Food Service Management, Child Nutrition, and has a Teaching Credential. From cook to Certified Executive Chef, Bill has served as a chairman on various culinary committees, and is presently in his fourth 2-year term as Chapter Secretary for the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Chefs Association of San Joaquin Valley. He is the recipient of the California Restaurant Association (Fresno Chapter) 2004 Chef of the Year, Chefs Association 2004 Chef of the Year, Chefs Association Monty Nielsen Award, Presidents Recognition Award and the ACF National Communicator of the Year Award.
